You’re invited to practise daily, choosing between:

  • an energising morning practice to be in the body and focus the mind

  • a restorative evening practice to unwind, settle the nervous system, and prepare for deeper sleep

These practices will be between 10-20 mins in length.

  • Perfect for creatives, athletes, office workers - and everyone in between. No prior experience needed.

  • 21 days is a great length of time to learn the practices, notice real shifts, and play with integrating meditation into your daily life.

  • Of course! I created this to make meditation more accessible for you - no matter your age and previous experience.

    I will do my best to support you as you begin your meditation journey. The meditation classes will be informative and you’re welcome to email me with any questions or concerns.

  • It’s encouraged to practice for the 21 days, but no - you don’t have to. It will depend on your day-to-day and your goals.

  • Yes you can - this immersion in online. All content is pre-recorded, not live - so you can do the practices at a time that suits you.

  • Of course you can.

    If you begin late, maybe you’d like to extend by adding on the amount of days you’ve missed.

    I recommend practising everyday to really experience the power of the practices.

    If daily practice feels like too much, try a few times a week instead. Starting is more important than doing it perfectly. This isn’t something to tick off a list or another reason to judge yourself if you miss a day.

  • You will be able to access the recordings on the private website page up until the end of February.

    A link will then be provided if you’d like to download the practices for future use.
