Of course! I created this to make meditation more accessible for you - no matter your age and previous experience.
I will do my best to support you as you begin your meditation journey. The meditation classes will be informative and you’re welcome to email me with any questions or concerns.

It’s encouraged to practice for the 21 days, but no - you don’t have to. It will depend on your day-to-day and your goals.

Yes you can - this immersion in online. All content is pre-recorded, not live - so you can do the practices at a time that suits you.

Of course you can.
If you begin late, maybe you’d like to extend by adding on the amount of days you’ve missed.
I recommend practising everyday to really experience the power of the practices.
If daily practice feels like too much, try a few times a week instead. Starting is more important than doing it perfectly. This isn’t something to tick off a list or another reason to judge yourself if you miss a day.
