The Design Process

 1 — Discovery

Plant your seeds.
Get clear on your vision - Where are you now? Where do you want to be? What do you want to create? Why?
Define what problem you are solving and who you are serving. What services are you offering to solve this?
Collect inspirations and do your research.
Find people who expand you and keep them in mind - they are your sacred mirrors.
Get clear on your brand values and message so that you can communicate and creatively express these with those you serve. This forms your unique energetic essence. This will ground you.
Map out the steps ahead - create action steps that you can commit to and be consistent with - what are your goals for a year, 6 months, 1 month, 1 day?

 2 — Creation

Allow yourself to be messy and play.
Experiment with and feel into your creative expression.
Select colours and fonts that excite you. Be inspired by other brands.
Curate a collection of imagery - find images online and take note of their sources (for referenecing). Take your own photos or have a photoshoot with a professional photographer.
Create a main logo and some logo variations for different uses.
Brainstorm creative ways to communicate - types of content and platforms.
Write copy for your offerings and content - developing your tone of voice.

 3 — Deliver

Have fun and step into creative courage.
Share your creations and engage with your audience. Ask them for their thoughts and experiences. Do they understand your messaging clearly?

4 — Celebrate

Pick your fruits.
See and celebrate all the blessings and teachings. Honour your process so far and the unfolding that has taken place. Reflect on your growth.
Re-allign and create new intentions.

Your brand will evolve with you over time & change as you change - so allow yourself to re-evaluate, question, explore, play and maneuver - as long as you are clear on what you want to say (intentions) & place focus on how you are communicating this with your audience (branding).
